Commercial & Industrial Business Development Manager, Latin America

About the role

3M is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Business Development Manager to lead growth of the Electrical Markets Division across Latin America. You will translate regional strategy into action, focusing on high‑potential segments such as renewables, data centers, mining and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and execute the Global C&I Playbook across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina.
• Shape regional growth priorities and turn strategy into concrete initiatives.
• Partner with sales teams to manage pipeline health and ensure end‑to‑end execution.
• Lead relationships with major key accounts and act as liaison with industry associations.
• Develop deep insight into customers, competitors and market trends to drive growth above market rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in the electrical markets industry or related sales/marketing roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence and lead teams without direct supervision.
• Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
