About the role

Crazy Pizza is seeking a Head Waiter to lead a section of its dining area. You will ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and contribute to a memorable guest experience in a fast‑paced, upscale restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a specific section of the dining floor, ensuring efficient service flow.
• Motivate and guide commis staff and runners to maintain consistent quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote and upsell food and beverage items while taking orders and processing bills.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the assigned dining area according to company standards.
• Communicate any operational issues to the Restaurant Manager for swift resolution.
• Deliver exceptional service in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a casual dining or similar restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and professional under high‑pressure situations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
