Industrial Designer

About the role

Design products that protect people when it matters most. Based in Monaco, the Industrial Designer will join a growing New Product Development team, taking helmet projects from brief through to tooling‑ready CAD and production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead helmet projects from initial brief through to tooling‑ready CAD.
• Translate performance requirements into practical product architecture and design direction.
• Create sketches, presentations and visual concepts for customer discussions.
• Develop parametric CAD models with manufacturability, tolerances and assembly in mind.
• Collaborate with testing, materials and CAD teams to refine designs into production.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Industrial Designer, Product Designer or Product Design Engineer.
• Strong portfolio showing shipped products, not just concept work.
• Ability to balance design intent, manufacturing constraints and client communication.

Required skills

• SolidWorks, Creo or similar parametric CAD tools.
• Experience with plastics, injection moulding, foam components and assemblies.

• Basic salary €55,000‑€60,000.
