IT Strategy & Innovation Manager

About the role

The IT Strategy & Innovation Manager will define, lead and continuously evolve the corporate IT vision and multi‑year strategy for a Monaco‑based organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will translate technology trends, performance insights and emerging risks into clear investment priorities, sourcing strategies and strategic roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and continuously evolve the corporate IT Strategy and rolling 3‑year IT plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Translate the strategy into an executive‑level narrative supported by KPIs, scorecards and a structured governance cadence.
• Develop and maintain Corporate AI Guidance, covering AI vision, governance principles and decision frameworks.
• Own the business capability map and heatmaps to connect platforms, solutions and initiatives to value, risk and readiness.
• Define and align the IT Innovation process with the corporate innovation framework, including intake criteria and prioritisation rules.
• Lead the IT Innovation community, fostering collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage the Emerging Technology Radar and decision forums to influence architecture and investment planning.
• Prepare and present executive‑level materials and facilitate structured reviews with senior leadership.
• Monitor execution progress, benefits realisation and risk exposure across strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small team of two resources.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Strategy or Technology Management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture or IT Governance such as TOGAF, COBIT or ITIL are highly desirable.
