Product Solutions Expert

About the role

Theta, the software company behind Tixlio, is looking for a Product Solutions Expert to join its team in either Nice, France or Bogotá, Colombia. This hybrid role blends product ownership with hands‑on solution delivery for tour‑operator customers, ensuring the platform meets real‑world needs from discovery to post‑launch iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap, from operator discovery through specification, prioritisation, delivery and iteration.
• Lead a small senior engineering team, set priorities, run agile rituals and act as the bridge between customer needs and shipped features.
• Define core platform surfaces such as the booking engine, ticketing & inventory, POS, OTA distribution, combo packaging, reporting and back‑office.
• Maintain relationships with reference customers, understand their operations, model volumes and translate insights into product decisions.
• Drive implementation conversations, identify gaps and propose the most efficient path to successful go‑live.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to act before being asked.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, senior‑driven environment with low tolerance for noise.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with operators, engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance short‑term workarounds with long‑term product development.
