About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow on‑premise wine and spirits accounts. You will manage a portfolio of customers, promote supplier brands and ensure excellent service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
- Identify sales opportunities, complete surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar and wine‑list placements.
- Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor stock levels.
- Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
- Process credits, returns and manage receivables, collecting payments where legally allowed.
- Address customer issues, deliver products in special circumstances and liaise with management as needed.
- Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set for supplier brands.
- Ensure brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials and maintain account standards.
- Support new account openings by preparing opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze account data and plan sales strategies.
