About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Cloud Software Engineer with deep Java expertise to design and build components of a large‑scale distributed data‑flow platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. This fully remote position allows you to work on high‑throughput, concurrent systems that process critical data in real‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop backend Java components for a distributed data‑flow platform.
• Write concurrent, high‑throughput code that remains reliable under production load.
• Contribute to the architecture and improvement of stream‑processing and data‑ingestion pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve performance, reliability, and correctness issues in distributed system components.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 3+ years of professional experience using Java as the primary language.
• Strong background in designing and operating distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of concurrent programming concepts and patterns.
• Experience with data‑flow, stream processing, or data‑pipeline infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
