Senior Director FP&A

About the role

Abercrombie & Kent is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis across its global luxury travel portfolio. The role partners directly with executive leadership and the Board to drive financial discipline and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long‑range planning and rolling forecasts for all business units.
• Develop driver‑based financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, tracking revenue, margins, occupancy, yield and segment profitability.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for Board, shareholders and lenders, translating complex data into clear insights.
• Build and enhance data‑driven reporting using Power BI or equivalent, creating dashboards and automating reports.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems, improve data quality and accessibility.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or transportation.
• Proven senior leadership experience in an international organization.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and data‑analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI (or equivalent data‑visualisation tool).
