Software Engineer (Rust) - Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with deep Rust expertise to join our remote team. You will work on a high‑performance AI platform that serves enterprise customers worldwide, building cloud‑native backend services that run on Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust‑based backend services on Kubernetes‑native cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to the architecture of distributed systems that support AI and ML workloads.
• Write clean, well‑tested production code and actively participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with platform and machine‑learning teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance and reliability issues across services.
• Help improve engineering standards and development practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 4+ years of professional experience using Rust as the primary language.
• Proven experience building and operating services in cloud‑native, distributed environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms or LLM/RAG workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to code quality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
