Commercial Internship – 6 months starting Oct 2026

About the role

We are looking for a motivated commercial intern to support the Leisure department of Fairmont Monte‑Carlo for a six‑month period starting in October 2026. The role offers hands‑on experience in client relations, sales prospecting and event coordination within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients, conduct site visits, prospect and negotiate leisure packages.
• Prepare statistics, market studies and competitive analyses.
• Manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and ad‑hoc tours.
• Update corporate and agency databases and execute email‑mailing campaigns.
• Assist in creating promotional offers, VIP client attentions and special‑event communications (e.g., Circus Festival, F1 Grand Prix).
• Support the organization of client events, Fam trips and follow‑up on daily correspondence, appointments and phone calls.
• Implement Accor standards, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Student enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Organised, rigorous, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for hospitality.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Database management.
• Email marketing tools.
