About the role

Join an international team in Nice to provide expert advice on French and Monegasque tax matters. You will support high‑value private and corporate clients on complex fiscal issues, ranging from wealth planning to cross‑border corporate structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on wealth and real‑estate taxation, including succession planning, IFI, real‑estate VAT and specific local taxes.
• Support corporate clients with restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, tax audits, VAT compliance and international group structuring.
• Manage tax audits, pre‑litigation and litigation matters.
• Provide daily tax consultancy to high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate entities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in tax law (Master 2 or higher).
• CAPA/CRFPA qualification is a plus.
• Minimum five years of experience in a law firm specializing in tax.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and wealth taxation.
• Excellent professional and legal English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, international environment.
