Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and internal processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM and e‑commerce platforms.
