Senior Analyst, Brand & Product Marketing

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Brand and Product Marketing (Partnerships) will support the planning, activation and performance measurement of Silversea's global brand partnership portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships, the analyst translates partnership strategies into actionable experiences, content programs and guest‑facing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of brand partnership initiatives across awareness, engagement, acquisition, loyalty and guest experience.
• Assist in converting partnership strategies into activation plans, event concepts, content opportunities and partner deliverables.
• Manage day‑to‑day coordination of partnership activations across Marketing, Communications, Events, Digital, Social Media, PR, Sales and Guest Experience teams.
• Track budgets, timelines, partner deliverables and reporting metrics to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct research, performance analysis and activation support to help partners deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, cultural, culinary and experiential partners.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into concrete activation plans and measurable outcomes.
