Treasury Manager – Payment Solutions & Projects

About the role

You will take ownership of the Group’s relationships with payment service providers and help deploy and optimise payment solutions across its markets. Working closely with Finance, IT and other teams, you will:

Key responsibilities

• Monitor settlement flows, fees, refunds and chargebacks.
• Improve reconciliation, reporting and payment controls.
• Analyse provider performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs and resolve operational issues.
• Lead projects connecting payment platforms with treasury and finance systems.
• Coordinate implementations, testing and process improvements across teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate treasury, payment services, payment operations or finance systems, preferably in an international organisation.
• Strong understanding of payment providers and settlement processes, with ability to translate business needs into projects involving Finance and IT.
• Fluent English for regular work with international teams and providers.

What we offer

• Monaco employment contract.
• €100,000–€110,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.
• 15–20% discretionary bonus.
