French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
