Global Brand Operations Director

About the role

Valtoria, a handcrafted luxury eyewear brand from Japan, is entering a new phase of global expansion. We are seeking a senior executive to act as the operational and strategic right‑hand of the Founder & CEO, helping to structure and scale the company worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring projects, launches, partnerships and commercial initiatives are executed with precision.
• Implement systems, reporting structures, operational procedures and accountability processes to drive efficiency.
• Lead internal teams and external collaborators, set KPIs, manage weekly reporting and conduct performance follow‑ups.
• Supervise wholesale and commercial activities, monitor sales performance, coordinate CRM processes and support international business development.
• Coordinate global marketing campaigns, manage agencies, PR teams and freelancers, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Highly organized and execution‑driven with a strategic mindset.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Experienced in leading fast‑growing luxury or fashion brands in international settings.
• Strong leadership, operational intelligence and ability to translate vision into execution.
