French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets, providing clear and friendly assistance through voice calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Accurately log every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with patience, care, and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
