About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specialized in litigation to join a boutique law firm in Monaco. The position offers full autonomy within a close‑knit team of six professionals, focusing on a wide range of legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and make appropriate legal decisions.
• Handle cases in banking law, real estate law, criminal law, and social law.
• Manage individual dossiers while fostering teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high‑quality service and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Holder of a CAPA (French Bar) or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international business law firms.
• Fluent written and spoken English, used daily in professional contexts.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, respect, and teamwork.
