Senior Accounting & Finance Advisor – AI Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for senior accounting and finance professionals to support AI evaluation projects. You will work remotely, analyzing financial data and providing expert guidance on complex bookkeeping and finance questions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and deliver clear accounting guidance.
• Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance‑related queries.
• Provide advisory recommendations grounded in financial data.
• Collaborate with AI evaluation teams and use Omni Chat support tools.

Required profile

• Senior finance experts such as CFOs, Finance COOs, Controllers, Directors, VPs of Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance consulting, or related fields.
• Experience advising U.S.‑based SMB clients and having worked with at least three organizations.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online and Omni Chat support.
• Availability up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time, for a 10‑week engagement.
