About the role
We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Co‑Founder and Head of Sales for a new Tactical Communications startup. The position is fully remote and offers a salary or up‑to €500k in funding while you build and scale the business.
Key responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a Tactical Communications startup from inception to market.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy, build a sales force and/or marketing engine.
- Iterate the product together with mentors until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
- Lead hiring efforts using a network of over 50,000 professionals.
- Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds and secure investment.
Required profile
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
- Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ in revenue.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
