Procurement Agent – Food & Beverage and Hotel

About the role

The Procurement Agent (F&B and Hotel) is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end supply chain for the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection. Based in Monaco, you will ensure that all food, beverage and hotel supplies are sourced, ordered, and delivered in line with vessel loading schedules and the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process vessel requests, RFQs, purchase orders, warehouse transfers and invoices for one or more vessels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consolidators, freight forwarders and agents to guarantee correct and timely deliveries.
• Source alternative products when needed and maintain accurate documentation for all orders.
• Communicate delivery issues before and after loading and update the purchasing system accordingly.
• Assist accounting in resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
• Handle special guest requests by liaising with vessel, Special Services and hotel operations.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, identify new suppliers and attend industry trade shows.
• Ensure regular communication with shipboard Hotel Operations to align supply with operational needs.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement or supply‑chain management within hospitality or luxury environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, IT and Operations teams.
• Knowledge of international health and shipping regulations relevant to food, beverage and hotel supplies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple vessel schedules.
