Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
