Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, turning questions into positive experiences and helping them feel valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
