Accounts Payable Clerk

About the role

Join the newly created MarineMax Superyacht Division as an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will support the AP function by processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time, while maintaining proper bookkeeping records.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices (matching, coding, entry) and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Handle daily AP transactions, prepare payments, and monitor invoice approvals.
• Maintain and update vendor records and resolve routine vendor queries.
• Support reconciliation of supplier statements and identify inconsistencies.
• Organise supporting documentation for audit and control purposes.
• Assist with expense report processing and validation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth invoice approval workflows.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle high‑volume transactions.

• Proficiency with IT systems used for accounting
