Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Monaco)

About the role

Prada is seeking a passionate Client Advisor to represent the brand in its Monaco boutique for a three‑month fixed‑term contract (June‑August). As the brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional luxury experience, guiding clients through the Prada world and fostering lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and follow the "client journey ceremony" to meet client needs.
• Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to enable personalized service and future opportunities.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Drive cross‑selling, achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints in liaison with the line manager.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop floor appearance, and security.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
• Experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent spoken French and English.
