Digital Marketing Intern – 4‑6 months

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support our digital acquisition strategy at the International University of Monaco. The 4‑6 month internship offers hands‑on experience in performance advertising, content creation, and data‑driven campaign optimisation within an international, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and exposure to LinkedIn and TikTok Ads.
• Create visual assets and short videos using tools such as Canva, PlayPlay, or Capcut.
• Develop, update, and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Execute email marketing and CRM campaigns, segment audiences and support automation flows.
• Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to reporting using GA4.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign planning.
• Explore AI‑driven approaches to enhance campaign performance and school visibility.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Strong interest in performance marketing and digital acquisition.
• Portfolio of digital campaigns, ad creatives or related projects (highly appreciated).
• Fluent in English; good command of French and Italian.
