Finance Systems & Data Analytics Manager

About the role

Abercrombie & Kent is looking for an energetic Finance Systems & Data Analytics Manager to lead the technological transformation of its Finance function. The role sits within Finance and works closely with ICT to implement, enhance, and integrate core finance systems and data capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Finance.
• Lead upgrades and continuous improvement of consolidation and planning tools.
• Design and develop robust reporting frameworks and dashboards to improve data visibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and ICT, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive process standardisation and automation across finance operations.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across all systems.
• Support change management and user adoption throughout the Finance organisation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in finance systems implementation and optimisation, preferably with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, consolidation, planning, reporting).
• Advanced data analytics expertise with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to bridge Finance and IT, communicating effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with demonstrated program‑management skills on complex, cross‑functional transformation projects.
• Experience in multi‑entity finance transformation; exposure to RPA or AI in finance is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
