Financial Accounting Specialist

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Monaco supports the finance team by preparing, managing and analysing the company’s financial statements. The specialist ensures compliance with Monaco accounting standards while using technology to streamline accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and analyse financial statements in accordance with Monaco regulations.
• Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise accounting software efficiently to support financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and perform financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate financial data.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Monaco financial statements and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or ACCA a plus.
• Previous finance or accounting experience in Monaco; healthcare or medical-device industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; French language skills highly beneficial.
• Residency near Monaco preferred.
