Head of Client Management – Superyacht Industry

About the role
You will lead the Yacht Management team in delivering exceptional service to clients and their superyachts. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will guide a group of Client Managers, build trusted relationships with owners, captains and internal stakeholders, and sit on the Maritime Board to shape department strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support Client Managers to maintain high service standards across the fleet.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, captains and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Participate in the Maritime Board, collaborating with other specialist leaders.
- Oversee yacht allocations, resource planning and ensure processes are both standardized and adaptable.
- Drive team upskilling, technology adoption and cross‑office collaboration for a seamless client experience.
- Identify and manage cross‑selling opportunities, supervise client account invoicing and maintain product portfolio knowledge.
Required profile
- Supportive, collaborative leader with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Fluent in English and confident in decision‑making.
- Client‑service focused, proactive and highly organised.
- Motivated to drive continuous improvement and upskill the team.
- Ability to work across departments and bridge gaps between offices.
