Head of Client Management – Superyacht Industry

About the role

You will lead the Yacht Management team in delivering exceptional service to clients and their superyachts. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will guide a group of Client Managers, build trusted relationships with owners, captains and internal stakeholders, and sit on the Maritime Board to shape department strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Client Managers to maintain high service standards across the fleet.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, captains and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in the Maritime Board, collaborating with other specialist leaders.
• Oversee yacht allocations, resource planning and ensure processes are both standardized and adaptable.
• Drive team upskilling, technology adoption and cross‑office collaboration for a seamless client experience.
• Identify and manage cross‑selling opportunities, supervise client account invoicing and maintain product portfolio knowledge.
