Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager

About the role

The Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager will be based in Monaco and report directly to the COO of EFG Bank (Monaco). This senior position is responsible for overseeing outsourcing activities, managing third‑party risk, and ensuring the bank’s operational resilience aligns with EEA regulatory requirements, including DORA.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise internal and external outsourcing providers and ICT vendors, guaranteeing full regulatory compliance.
• Act as the designated outsourcing manager for all third‑party and intra‑group contracts.
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust risk and control framework for the COO function, consistent with Group standards.
• Identify key risks in COO processes, develop mitigating controls, and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
• Analyze root causes of operational risk incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs.
• Lead or contribute to strategic and regulatory projects, serving as the primary contact for group‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong project‑management background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
