Outfitting Coordination Manager

About the role

The Outfitting Coordination Manager oversees the end‑to‑end coordination and governance of Owner Supply outfitting items for new building projects, ensuring technical consistency and alignment with shipyard schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for all Owner Supply outfitting coordination activities related to hotel technical items.
• Coordinate items across all project phases, from planning and sourcing strategy to delivery and onboard integration.
• Support the NB team in defining and continuously updating the Owner Supply procurement and delivery plan.
• Govern the full Owner Supply process, ensuring alignment with project schedule, approval workflows and installation sequencing.
• Execute and coordinate bidding activities with the Procurement Manager, balancing technical compliance, cost, quality and logistics.
• Monitor and control the Owner Supply outfitting budget, tracking purchase orders versus allocations.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Architecture, Project Management, Procurement, IT and Hotel Operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Nautical Design or equivalent technical background.
• 5–10 years of experience in technical coordination roles within complex outfitting or construction environments.
• Solid understanding of outfitting items including loose furniture, decorative lighting, carpets, drapery and hotel technical equipment.
• Experience in shipyards, marine outfitting, interior subcontractors, or furniture fit‑out companies is a strong plus.
