Senior Business Development Analyst (Direct Sales Strategy)

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Business Development (Direct Sales Strategy) supports strategic planning, data‑driven decision‑making and operational optimisation across direct sales channels. Working within the Commercial Planning department, the role provides critical insights that influence senior and executive decisions and drive revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, including target setting, modelling and KPI forecasting.
• Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports covering sales volume, conversion rates, lead performance and channel productivity.
• Collect business requirements and drive Power BI dashboard development for automated reporting.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of campaign results, segmentation and service levels using Databricks and AI‑assisted analytics.
• Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of outbound campaigns, negotiating commercial opportunities and evaluating performance.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Contact Center, Marketing, Revenue Management and other teams to improve processes, implement models and establish governance.
• Maintain and enhance predictive machine‑learning models, coordinating with Consumer Sales, IT, Data Engineering and AI & Analytics teams.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and incentive planning aligned with sales targets and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales or commercial analytics.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Comfort with handling large data sets and driving insights that impact P&L.
