About the role
As a Tendering Intern you will support the tendering team in delivering high‑quality proposals and supporting project execution. You will bring a fresh perspective, assist with research and documentation, and help ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of tender‑related projects, aligning tasks with your field of study.
- Conduct research, gather data and provide insights to support decision‑making and process improvements.
- Create, update and maintain documentation, reports and presentations required by the team.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members, offering innovative ideas.
- Handle routine administrative tasks to keep the workflow organized and efficient.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant discipline such as Business, Engineering, Marketing, IT or Finance.
