Senior Manager, Treasury FP&A & Risk Management

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead treasury financial planning, liquidity forecasting and risk reporting for the Group. This role provides senior management with clear visibility of cash needs, funding requirements and financial risks across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Build short- and long-term cash flow forecasts across business units.
• Analyse forecast variances and present liquidity scenarios to senior management.
• Develop reports on funding, debt, foreign exchange exposure and other financial risks.
• Coordinate intercompany funding, cash transfers and liquidity planning.
• Assess FX and commodity exposures and support hedging activities in line with treasury policy.
• Work closely with regional Finance teams, Legal, Tax and banking partners.

Required profile

• 7–10 years experience in corporate treasury, treasury FP&A or financial risk management within an international organisation.
• Strong financial modelling ability and capacity to translate numbers into business insights.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System, ERP and financial planning tools (valuable).
• Fluent English for international collaboration.

What we offer

• Monaco-based role under a Monaco employment contract.
• €100,000–€110,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.
• 15–20% discretionary bonus.
