Accountant – Order to Cash (O2C)

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant specialized in Order to Cash (O2C) to join our Finance Shared Service Centre in Monaco. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality revenue accounting, ensuring timely billing, and managing the full accounts‑receivable cycle for our global maritime operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform revenue accounting and generate customer billing data.
• Maintain customer and product master files.
• Transmit billing data to customers and post receivable entries.
• Resolve billing inquiries and process accounts‑receivable transactions.
• Receive and apply customer payments, post activity to the general ledger, and prepare AR reports.
• Manage collections, analyse delinquent balances, and discuss resolutions with internal teams.
• Process adjustments and write‑offs in accordance with AR policies.

Required profile

• Graduation in Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or customer care within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• ERP usage.
• Microsoft Office suite.
