Accounts Coordinator – Restaurant Operations (Monaco)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Coordinator to support the daily accounting and financial administration of our restaurant operations in Monaco. This junior‑level position offers the chance to develop your finance expertise within an international hospitality group, working closely with local restaurant teams and our Head Office in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash collection, reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Coordinate signing of financial and administrative documents by the Gérant as required by the Dubai Head Office.
• Support invoice processing, supplier accounts, city‑ledger activities and general accounting matters with our external agency, KEYBFM.
• Act as the primary accounting liaison, gathering information needed to finalize monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes as requested by the Dubai Head Office.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports, comparisons and supporting documentation.
• Respond to accounting queries from restaurant teams or coordinate with KEYBFM for information.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and perform additional duties requested by KEYBFM or the Dubai Head Office.

Required profile

• Approximately two years of experience in accounting, finance or accounts coordination.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail or service sectors is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing and general accounting processes.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication with restaurant teams, external agencies and international stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Currently based in Monaco or eligible to work there, EU passport holder.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with standard accounting systems or software.
