Agentic AI Co-Founder / Head of Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to co‑found and lead sales for a new Agentic AI startup. The position is fully remote and offers a salary or up to €500k in funding while you build the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your own AI‑focused startup.
• Participate in a personal development programme designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support from a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Iterate the product to achieve product‑market‑fit and help build a sales force or marketing engine.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
