Chief of Staff

About the role

Our client, a dynamic private office investing across private equity, public markets and direct opportunities, seeks a Chief of Staff to act as the principal’s right‑hand. The role focuses on managing priorities, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery of international projects, especially in the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the principal’s agenda and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost organisational efficiency.
• Monitor progress of US‑focused projects and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between the principal and internal/external partners.

Required profile

• Top academic background (e.g., MBA, advanced degree).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in M&A, private equity, family office, or strategic consulting.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
