EdTech Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (100% remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Co‑Founder and Head of Engineering for a new EdTech startup. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed while you build and scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run the EdTech startup from concept to market.
• Iterate the product together with the team until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead hiring efforts using a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Receive intensive coaching and weekly sparring with experienced unicorn founders.
• Prepare the company for fundraising and aim to raise multi‑million‑euro rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for the startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
