Founding Product Manager – Full Remote – SaaS

About the role

Gojiberry is an AI‑native B2B platform that helps go‑to‑market teams identify, target, and engage ideal customers. As the Founding Product Manager you will work directly with the founders to shape the product from strategy to pixel‑perfect execution, owning discovery, design, and delivery across the platform’s core modules.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders on product vision, roadmap, and strategic bets.
• Lead end‑to‑end discovery: conduct customer interviews, frame problems, and size opportunities.
• Design product flows and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma together with engineering.
• Define and ship features for the ICP builder, agent infrastructure, and outreach engine.
• Build tight feedback loops with sales leaders, founders, and GTM teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, design, and delivery cycles.
• Set standards for product quality, taste, and velocity as the team scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in sales tech, GTM tooling, or CRM.
• Top‑tier academic background (grande école or equivalent).
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Bias toward shipping, pragmatic decision‑making, and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Figma – design, prototype, and iterate without a dedicated designer.
• AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor, v0, lovable) used daily for research and delivery.
