FP&A Junior Analyst Internship

About the role

The FP&A Junior Analyst Internship offers a hands‑on introduction to financial planning and analysis within a world‑class luxury hospitality brand. You will work closely with the finance team to support reporting, budgeting, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather data and provide analytical support.
• Support ad‑hoc finance projects and initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous internship experience in finance is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
