French-English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support remotely. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist with order inquiries, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce preferred).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce tools.
