French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, professional assistance while helping them track orders, understand products, and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems step‑by‑step and guide them to solutions.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system with clear notes.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
