French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step‑by‑step toward resolution, and log every interaction accurately.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities and company policies.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
