French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support through voice calls and live chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure successful resolution.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system and maintain high data quality.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
