Front Business Manager – Intermediaries (Monaco)

About the role

The Front Business Manager Intermediaries in Monaco will lead strategic initiatives and operational excellence for the Intermediaries segment. Working closely with European segment leadership, you will drive transformation projects, enhance front‑office performance, and support risk and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic projects and change‑management initiatives to foster innovation, efficiency and scalable growth.
• Provide visibility of change across management, relationship managers and assistant relationship managers.
• Support the local Intermediaries business head with implementation of global and location‑specific initiatives.
• Partner with the Head of Segment Management Intermediaries Europe on budget planning, KPI tracking and steering committees.
• Lead the local rollout of the firm’s transformation and digitisation agenda, ensuring adoption across front‑office teams.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on B2B propositions and Intermediaries processes, advising on enhancements.
• Coordinate with Markets, IT, Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Improve operational performance by increasing Straight‑Through Processing rates and resolving recurring pain points.
• Maintain the Intermediaries Knowledge Board to promote consistency of processes.
• Support risk management through periodic reviews and liaise with Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in private banking or the Intermediaries business segment.
