Global Process Lead

About the role

You will lead engineering efforts to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of process systems across our offshore production units. Your expertise will drive process optimisation, solve complex engineering challenges and continuously improve production performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage process engineering activities to guarantee optimal performance and reliability of FPSO production systems.
• Develop and implement optimisation strategies that increase efficiency, reduce operational costs, boost output and lower emissions.
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex process issues, delivering technical solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and project engineering teams to integrate best practices and ensure smooth process operations.
• Review and approve process designs and modifications, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior engineers, manage process‑related projects from concept to execution, and prepare technical reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 12+ years of process engineering experience in the oil & gas industry, including at least 5 years in operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage projects within budget and schedule.
