Head of FP&A – Superyachts (EU & US)

About the role

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead MarineMax Superyacht Service’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across its EU and US operations. Based in Monaco, this senior role provides strategic insight to senior leadership, supports data‑driven decision‑making and ensures financial results align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to support business decisions.
• Maintain group financial reporting and rebilling models, driving continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate financial planning across departments and brands, delivering timely monthly management reporting packages.
• Analyse results, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide variance analysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual).
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, supporting cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Review month‑end books, prepare flux analysis and ensure alignment with accounting policies, SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration within the FP&A team.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant or Expert Comptable.
• Extensive experience with multi‑currency environments, currency translation, revaluation and inter‑company accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Proven leadership managing multi‑country finance teams.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
