Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As an Executive Sales Recruitment Consultant at MVIP Consulting, you will manage and grow an international client portfolio, overseeing the full 360° recruitment cycle for sales positions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments covering skills, experience, motivations and cultural fit.
• Perform phone, video and face‑to‑face interviews and schedule candidate appointments.
• Source candidates through internal and external databases, job fairs and professional networks.
• Gather and verify candidate references.
• Prepare detailed interview reports for clients and clearly define client hiring needs.
• Prospect and acquire new international clients, presenting candidate profiles both in writing and orally.
• Arrange and lead client meetings to discuss candidate suitability.

Required profile

• Degree from a business school or a Master’s in HR, occupational psychology or social sciences.
• Successful first experience in recruitment or commercial sales within an international setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambition and strong commercial drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English or another language such as Italian, German, Dutch or Arabic is a plus.
