About the role

We are seeking an experienced Independent Asset Manager / Relationship Manager to join a fast‑growing investment platform. This entrepreneurial position allows you to manage your own portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients while operating within a flexible, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, leveraging a transferable book of assets under management (AUM).
• Deliver tailored, high‑conviction investment solutions and wealth‑structuring advice.
• Generate new business opportunities through your professional network.
• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and proactive client communication.
• Ensure investment strategies align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or asset management.
• Transferable book of clients or AUM.
• Strong relationship‑building and business‑development capabilities.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with independent work.
• Motivated by performance‑based remuneration.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
